Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products being hair-related and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.  

Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct products. If we have sent you the wrong item or a product that differs from your order, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:  
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate an Exchange

2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. If applicable, we will provide a return shipping label.  
3. Once we receive the incorrect item and verify its condition, we will promptly send the correct product to you.  

Additional Notes

- Exchanges are only applicable for products sent incorrectly or differing from your order.  
- Shipping fees for the return may be covered by us if the mistake was on our part.  
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.
